Ensure that all information is accurate and complete. Alternatively, you can visit our campus to
fill out a printed form.
Required Documents
Please submit the following documents along with your application:
- Copy of NADRA B-Form
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- 3 Passport-sized photographs
- Copies of parents' CNIC
- Copy of child's last progress report
- Copies of extra/co-curricular and sports certificates
Important Notes
– Original documents must be brought to the interview and will be returned.
– For online applications, please upload PDFs of the required documents.
